Rita Mangan, a NJ Licensed Real Estate Salesperson, is a consummate professional and customer service specialist, who upholds listening to the customer, attention to detail and timely follow up as her top priorities.

Rita spent over 30 years as a senior executive in the retail, fashion & beauty industries. She held positions as Senior Vice President for Macy’s, Bobbi Brown Cosmetics & Shiseido Cosmetics where she led sales, marketing, education and store design.  In 2015, she received the Cosmetic Executive Women Achiever Award for her outstanding leadership, mentoring and contributions to the cosmetics industry.  After leaving the cosmetics industry, Rita, decided to pursue her personal passions.

She founded Restoration Max, a home design consulting business specializing in coastal home decor and subsequently attained her NJ Real Estate License. Now she enjoys using her color and spatial design skills to visualize the potential of a property.  Rita is a graduate of Monmouth University, a lifetime shore enthusiast, and has resided in both Manasquan and New York City for her entire life.
